PEO Croydon or solihull

Hello Guys,
I wanted to find out which center is better?
Hands down Solihull wins from what I've heard and read. Even I heard that in Solihull first they check application and documents and if everything is correct then only you'll make payment but this is not true in case of Croydon. Is this true?

For me it is important as I live in north london, I want to decide which one to book in some time..... I don't mind going to Solihull if I hear that they are customer friendly and don't do any hichkichik

..

Just to give some heads up, from my observation from this forum "In Solihull you pay after Case worker checks your records, so chances are that you may not pay if you have incomplete docs or done something stupid like that (correct me if I'm wrong) and chances are you can go back next time. But in Croydon you pay before you see the case worker so irrespective of what happens with your case you will loose money

."

So, I conclude that Solihull is better than Croydon not from Case worker perspective but from the payment perspective that at least we don't loose money if we .

let me know, if this is not the case and anyone has anymore inputs...
