You have answered this question yourself. The answer would be "yes" as you obtained EC before you entered the UK (even though it was as a Student). Note EC is only granted outside of the UK. Once you are in the UK, you are granted "leave to remain" when you apply to extend your current leave or switch to another immigration category.rickybkothari wrote:D1.
