Dear All
I will apply for my ILR on 19th of November. I have created following document list, Could you please kindly look and advise if anything is missing. I am single applicant.

Entry in UK : 19/12/2007
Tier 1 Granted : 23/12//2009 - 23/12/2012
Going to apply for ILR on 19/11/2012
Could you please advise the date I am applying for ILR fulfilled the requirement?
Main Documents:
1. PEO appointment booking letter
2. SET(o) form
3. Photos
4. Original passport
5. Life in the UK test results
6. last 4 years P60
7. 12 Month payslips.
8. Bank statements (last 12 month)

I was away from country 228 days of which 50 days are annual paid leave including letter from employers that I was employed and on UK payroll during those days and 178 days are unpaid.
Could you please confirm above list is enough or Do i need any additional documents?

@usman
ur list looks complete.
How abt the biometric card , if you have one ?
you can also carry any previous UKBA letters issued to you at the time of ur HSMP approval or extensions etc.. Not an absolute requirement, but good to have it there.
You should be fine , good luck

Thanks for the advice. No I donot have biometric card. I will cary both the pervious HSMp and Tier 1 approval letter.
One things I forgot to mentioned I have 3 point on my driving license and paid 60 pounds fixed penatly for overspeeding with any court involvement. Do i need to mention this in the ILM SET(O) form ? Will this create problem?
Really appreciate for some helpful advice.
Thanks

You have to list down this , however shouldn't create any problem as that was WITHOUT court involvement!!!

Fixed Penalty notices doesnot come under criminal convictions, so need not to mention them on your form. The guidance from home office explicitly mentioned this, that FPN's need not to be mentioned.
As mentioned in the modern guidence for criminality requirement on page 7. The Guidence can be found
here.
The question is... to be or not to be....

Mentioning the Fixed Penalty did not affect the outcome ... just like everyone else on this forum say.
Many congrats on your ILR.

Congratulations usman682 for the ILR .
Referring to your post "I mentioned my fixed penalty in the application forms. no questions asked about anything." What did you tick in section 7.1 Yes or No. Did you fill in the details and the dates in 7.1.? Where exactly did you mention the FPN? Did you also have a cover letter?
Appreciate in advance for your help.
Kind Regards
