ILR for spouse SET (M) Residency

Hi,

I'm currently in the UK with 2 years 3 months dependent spouse visa. My husband had ILR during initial application and still retains it. I'm close to finishing 2 years in the UK and have a question\doubt with respect to my ILR application.

I came to UK on 17th Oct 2010 and living with my husband since. My husband had a change of job at a different location in Nov 2011. Since there was some time between the jobs, we vacated our house on his last day of old job, went on a holiday to visit our family. After 3 weeks in India, my husband returned back to UK to start his new job. He stayed at his friends for 3 weeks and then rented a flat 2 days before I returned. We had the friend's address as our contact address to banks\utilities etc for the 6 weeks.

Will this count as a break in continuous residence? How do we present this information to UKBA?
