Interview preparation

Hi,

My fiance has been given an interivew date for his visa application. Hes began cramming info about me into his head in a panic. I keep telling him not to worry and what he doesnt know he can honestly say he doesnt know. Im worried I dont want him to sound like a robot when he gets in there.

Also is there any chance I am called and asked questions. Its a bit strange its all one sided. Altho I wrote a letter is this all they need from me.

Any advise please!

He certainly doesn't need to worry about it if the application is genuine. Questions will all be things he should already know and are evident from the application; providing he knows what is in the application he will be fine.

Questions that came up in my wifes interview were the names of my family members, my employment, salary, education etc. Questions were completely random and there were some questions she didn't know the answer too, so she just said she didn't know. She got a visa fine.

Practically no chance you will be called so if you do go along expect to just wait in the waiting area. If nothing else I think it helps if they just see you there. It is one sided to only interview one spouse but it is not you applying for the visa.
