My wife visa has been refused,how long does she has to wait?

My wife visa has been refused,how long does she has to wait?

My wife visa tier 4 dependant has been refused because of matainence,how long does she has to wait to apply again? some people say 6 month.
But in her refusal letter doesn't say anything about when she can apply again.

She can apply again as soon as she has the required funds in her account for the required period of time.

I am sure what I have stated above is right but wait for "someone" to come and correct your English and grammar :P
