what docs you planning to take?

if she is your dependent, should be just a formality to get it done?

Same docs as you mentioned before. Only the cohabs docs will be little different.

She is my dependant. the only concern is when you go to Solihull for FLR-M they ask you to fill FLR(O) from and give visa to cover 2 years of the qualifying period and they ask you to apply for ILR. This is from the posts we have on the website.

FLR(O) -- i do not think so. Can you point me to those posts.

if she is extending her stay as your dependent, she needs to use FLR(M) not FLR(O)
