this particular girl is on HSMP [was teacher] unable to find work when she came over and ended up working in a car home as health care assistant. her hsmp visa going to expire soon. is there any possibility for her to extend her visa OR is it possiblt for her employer apply a senior health care assistant Work permit???

so long as she meets the points criteria, yes

doesnt matter if income wasnt earned in the field she is 'highly skilled' in
