Query regarding previous passport.

Hi All,

Is it mandatory to attach the expired passport with the dependent application?

My partner have previously mentioned in her application about her old passport and have always attached it, but now she realised that she forgot her old passport back home when she had a trip.

Do i have to include the old passport this time as well just because we have mentioned about it in our previous applications. If that's the case the only option would be to get the passport and then apply for the visa.
