Tier2 Principal applicant for ILR. Dependent not eligible

Post by Gnanasekar » Mon Oct 22, 2012 9:29 pm

Hello there,

I did spend good time trying to find an answer in exisitng blog but couldn't. If my question is answered previously, please direct me to the page.

Facts:
1) I entered UK in Oct 2007 in Tier 2 visa
2) I'm currently in Tier 2 ICT (PBS based) visa valid until Jun 2013.
3) Got married in Mar 2012.
4) Spouse joined me in Mar 2012 with Tier 2 ICT Dependent visa valid until Jun 2013.
5) I'm eligible to apply ILR by now. Presume it is SET(O) form.
6) My spouse is not eligible as she hasn't complete the 2 year period.

Question:
1) Should I apply ILR dependent for my spouse along with my ILR application? If at all there is one.
2) I did read about FLR(M) but not sure if that should be filled in along with my ILR or later. If later how quick that should be.

Any related response is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
