Pay slip Query

Post by SpiderKing » Tue Jan 23, 2007 3:57 pm

Hi All,

I have an query regarding the pay slip, it appears that many applications have been refused recently even pay slip and bank statements are supplied.

I am in country applicant and going to supply 12 month salary slip & 12 month bank statement reflecting the net salary of my salary slip into bank statement. I do not have P60 for the last 12 months therefore unable to give P60.

My salary slip is delivered to my home by post and it is standard UK pay slip with company name, bank details, tax, net, gross and allowance details printed on it, but it is not printed on the letter head and also not signed/stamped.

Another problem is, in my Bank statement some times Salary is been narrated as "Salary" and some time old company name (my company name was changed some time back).

Do you think its going to work?

Any advise/help would be of great help & highly appreciated.

Regards
SK

you'll need the P60 for any months in April2005-March2006

you'll need to get payslips stamped n signed if they look like printouts

not sure about bank statements

As posted in another thred, some one has supplied P60 to cover the three months of the claimed period and it was rejected. Therefore I do not want to take any chance. Trying to make documents clear and consistent.

What do you think? What about Salary slip? Can you pls help?

only cases i have seen on here are applicants rejected for:
1) not supplying p60 for a period that falls in a tax year that the applicant should have a p60 for..for example 1+ months of 2005/2006
2) didnt supply 2nd piece of evidence for the same period that they supplied p60. They only supplied 2 pieces of evidence for 2006/2007

yes it may be more clear and consistent to just use payslips + bank statements... but you are deliberatly not supplying something that HO say is mandatory, when you have no exceptional circumstance for not supplying it. Can you let us know which thread you are referring to ?

what about the salary slip ? get it stamped and signed by your employer.

shockboy2000 as spiderking said the salary slip is standard payslip which mean its not a a4 printout. Even I have the similar payslip and according to me it makes no sense if gettting those payslip stamped and signed as they never look like a A4 printout.

SpiderKing

Will U please show the link for your statement so we could learn the case more accurate ?. I believe there must be any other reason they got rejected.

Guidelines clearly mention, it is mandatory to supply P60. If U could not supply U must provide strong reason, otherwise they might think U are hiding something.

I am in the view that no stamp or sign would be required for a standard payslip as you said it is.

They are not print out neither A4, it is standard UK Playslip, but as we know the standard playslip doesn't comes on the letterhead so it is mine. It comes by post in which address is printed on the salaryslip itself and it doesn't comes in envelop.

Do I still need to get it signed?
