Using Debit Card (VIsa) from India... Urgent

Hi,
Can I make the payment using a VISA Debit card. THe account for the Debit card is in India.
If not can I use the debit card of my cousin. He lives in the UK and has the card. If I do use his card who has to sign on the Payment Details box (point 14) on the form?

Only debit cards issued in the UK are uathorised. If it is a VISA CRedit card that is a different story - and you can use your own credit card.

If you use your cousin's debit card (in UK), he should be the signatory on the space provided.
