ILR basis of 10 years rule ( during application process T1

Post by amjadleeds » Fri Nov 02, 2012 9:33 pm

hi everyone

I applied ILR on basis of 10 year rule, due to any reason if they don't consider my application I mean not grand ILR . During ILR application my Tier1 visa run out either I submit application for extension of Tier1 visa application as well, or I wait until final decision will come then they will give me time to extent visa on tier1.

Please your advice will be highly appreciated.

If you have a made a valid application, then your current (PBS) leave will remain extent even after the date of its expiry because of Section 3C.
No need to do anything.
