Tier 1 General Extension Same Day Visa

Hi,

I have Tier 1 General visa and it expire on 1-Jan-2013.
I want to apply in same day visa but problem is i am not getting appointment date from UK BA site.
Can any one have any tip how to get appointment?
From last 1 week i am trying to get appointment and it give the same message no date available.
I am trying to take appointment at night 12:00.
If any one have any tip for taking appointment please help me.
If you know any agent to sale appointment date please let me know.

Please give me detail for paper work also.

Me too facing the same problem for last 10 days......Very very rarely few people are getting appointment....
