Which form to use to apply for an ILR dependent visa

Hi, I got my ILR on 15th October as a Tier 1 general migrant after 5 years.
My wife is currently on Tier 1 dependent visa(less than 2 years) and her VISA is expiring soon. If I have to extend her VISA, which form should I use.
1) FLR(M) or 2) PBS dependent.
The reason I ask is, the rules have changed post 1st October 2012 regarding PBS dependents.
Any replies are much appreciated.
