I emailed them on one email address and this was the automated reply:
'Thank you for your email to the public enquiry email address for the Consular Section of the British High Commission in Islamabad - this is an automated response. We aim to reply to all public enquiries within 20 working days....'
The other email which is Gerrys I emailed them and this was the first reply to my first email:
'Dear Madam ,
Thank you for your email .
It is for your kind understanding that currently as per UKBA settlement applications processing time is 12 to 24 weeks ,01 week is defined as 05 working days and a news letter of reason for this delay has also been published this link please

Then I replied back and sent my second email to them saying that was published on the 22nd of June and your telling me that from June to all the way to November theres still a slow pace of processing settlement cases?...then this was what they emailed me back:
'Dear Respected,
It’s our pleasure to be of any assistance .
It is for your kind understanding that the processing time by UKBA is still generally the 24 weeks for settlement applications . We have no access over any applications process at the British High Commission (sections/months ).
For details on this you can also send your email to
visaenquiries.islamabad@fco.gvo.uk directly at the British High Commission.
We appreciate all cooperation....'
Then thats when I was irked because for one they gave me the email which was wrong because that bounced back, so clearly they forgot to abbreviate the word visa and enquiry because the correct email I managed to find is abbreiviated and I then emailed on the corredt email add but not heard anything yet. So for one Gerrys has failed to revise the correct email. So I sent a third email to Gerrys and repined in my third email saying you have given me a wrong email add why are you not forwarding our emails to BHC as your meant to?. because it clearly states on the UK Border Agency that:
'If you are still waiting for a decision on your application after this time has passed, . You can find the email address please email Gerry's, who will forward your email to us for reply on the Gerry's in Pakistan website.
Please do not contact the call centre unless you have been waiting longer than the time stated above for a decision. We will not respond to your enquiry unless this time has passed.'
In my husbands case we have waited more than 4 months and have the right to know whats taking them long or where they are with the cases from July. So Gerrys did not reply back to my third email because they are clearly repling on BHC behalf anyway which they are not meant to do and what could they have said anyway to my third email? and even if it was the applicant emailing them I am sure they still would not forward the email to BHC. Anyway it seems that June applications are being looked at and hopefully July will be looked at as well inshallah. I hope my husband gets his visa because everyday without him is another marriage day alone. I pray we all be reunited with our spouses soon inshallah. Please remember me in your duas too.
