Hi Friends,
I was told by one of my friend that it is possible to book Premium service over the phone as well as we do over internet. He is not very sure about this service ; but thought worth checking it.
Is this true - If so; can anyone share with me the contact details please of the Agency office ?

As far as i know, when you call up the UKBA helpline number, they very clearly sate that you can not get any appointments over the phone and the only way to do it is over the internet.
