HSMP_2007,

Here are the answers to your questions,

Q is: what is transcript? is it mark list ? Do I need to submit?
Yes Transcripts are mark sheets. You do not NEED to submit your transcript, it is your degree award certificate that you need to submit as the evidence.

Q here : not having May06 to Jan’07 is it any problem ?What else I need to submit?
You need to submit whatever tax returns you have and claim exceptional circumstances. You would also need to submit alternate evidence in the form of Salary certificate from your employer.

What are document I need to submit for this (Age Assessment)?
You need to submit your original birth certificate as the evidence for your age.

What are documents I need submit to claim the above (UK Work Experience)?

Since you are showing your earnings in the UK, you do not need to submit any additional evidence for this section.

Q is: waiting for the ELTS results! Can I submit both the proofs?
Yes you can certainly submit proof. However, as far as possible submit your IELTS test report as the evidence for English language to avoid any potential problems with the Univ. letter.

All the best!
