Eligibility for ILR after moving from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2G

Hi ,

I have been on tier 2 ict since july 2008 and now will be moving to tier 2 general in december.

Will i still be eligible for ILR next year in June ?

I will be on tier 2 general for 6 months out of 5years from this december

Will i still be eligible for ILR next year in June ? you will be eligible after 5 years continuous and lawful stay in the UK. Time under wp, T2 ICT and T2G will be aggregated. See also your earlier post: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=111684
