Withdrawing Tier 2 Sponsorship Application

Post by rehan01 » Tue Nov 20, 2012 2:03 am

Hi All,

As my employer has applied for sponsorship license and so far we have not heard anything from the ukba regarding the application we have processed and i spoke to my employer and they are not showing much intrest in chasing UKBA in regards to sponsorship license and also I have decided to apply through TIER 1 (Enterpreneur) instead as i meet all the requirements and i am just wondering if my employer withdraw the sponsorship license application will they get the refund of the license fees they paid for sponsorship license application or not ?

please advise if any of you have any information about this.

regards

Rehan

The fee is charged when we receive the application; we will not refund it if you withdraw your application or if we refuse the application.
