Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General Switching ( Urgent)

Hi.

I came to UK with Tier 2 ICT Visa which is valid from Feb 2010 to Feb 2012.I have done the Tier 2 ICT extension in Feb 2012 and it will valid till Feb 2013.
Now I found A-Rated Tier 2 sponsor who is ready to provide the Tier 2 General Visa. But unfortunately they used all tier 2 quota for the Year 2012 and
they are trying to find the solution about my visa sponsorship.

Is their any way to get the Tier 2 general sponsorship? If Yes How long it will take the process? (Because My Tier 2 ICT COS will expire on Feb 2013).

If your prospective employer is a licenced T2G sponsor but does not have a CoS allocation available for you he would need to apply for an increase of his allocation. If this is done now there is a good chance that it will come through before Feb 2013, but see the various timelines posted on the forum.

If it doesn't come through until 2 weeks before the expiry of your visa they can apply for urgent treatment.
