Solicitor

You don't need a solicitor unless you have a criminal background. Otherwise you will just pay a fortune in fees.
Sometimes having a solicitor just delays matters. If I were you I would contact the Immigration ouncil of Ireland for free advice

I know some solicitors who will provide the witnessing and stamping of documents and help with filling the form for a small fee (20 - 50). They are based around Christchurch, PM me for details.
