Hi I am going to apply for HSMP and I have download the application form.
I am living outside UK. So do I need to send FLR (IED) document too? My plan is if I get the HSMP approval, then I try there for one year to get a good job and if succeeds, then settle there.

Just complete HSMP application form - please read through the HSMP guidance notes
