It means your employer is T2 Licensed Sponsor now.

You should have received un restricted Cos(s). Go and apply for T2.

Yeah Its quite unbelievable.

Its employers pressure on them. I think they are managing backlog quite well. From next year employer would get T2 Licesne in 2 months.

Hi raj,

My PSW getting expired on 30th Nov. So Our HR made urgent request on 9th of this month for the sponsor license. So you got any idea how long it will take to process because now UKBA making it fast to process the license applications. Any of your friends came across this situation. I know it will be difficult for you to judge.

Hi karthi,

Usually you have to ask for urgent treatment before 2 weeks of your visa expiry..Resulting that you will get urgent treatment confirmation from them.

Just ring UKBA or just ask for urgent treatment again (along with copy of your visa) end of this week. Everything will be fine..

If you didn't get anything until 29th Nov, send your Tier2 General application without your sponsor details, but please make sure to include a covering letter stating the situation from your employer.

My Company had applied for sponsorship licence

Yesterday, My Company Hr informed me that they have been nominated as a level 1 sponsor and now they are waiting for user Id,

does anyone know, how long UKBA will take to give user Id?

My company applied licence on 31st of august 2012and started RLMT on 15-june-2012, as RLMT was going to expire with in six weeks, so company request for an urgent treatment on 08-nov-2012 and we got licence yeterday.

But do not know , how much time it take to get userID, as they have to apply Restricted Cos after that and As UKBA says COS must be assigned with in six months of RLMT, otherwise you have to do RLMT again and re-apply for COS

Just worriid about timings ;(

just asking what if the company did the application but did not sent the original document . is the application will rejected / refused? or are the UKBA contact the company to send the original document ,,any answer ? thanks

They will refuse it. Better communicate with UKBA and send them original document otherwise after six months they will say "Application refused apply again."

You have been granted the licence.. the companies name will appear on register in couple of days and then in next 3 days you will get the documents in post.
The password would be sent in email and user id in mail..

July 27th . You will need to wait for at least another month or so. They are probably processing either 1st or 2nd week of June Applications.

According to my application there were new 47 licenses issues but according to UKBA numbers they were only 38.

Total New Licenses :47 (Unbelievable ,they are going nuts now)

You need to bear in mind that there might be licenses that has been revoked, hence removed from the list. Therefore a higher number than the advertised numbers by the UKBA.

I am new to this forum. I have read all the post here, quite useful. thanks first of all.

My company [small firm] has applied sponsor license on june 19th with the help of solicitors and still waiting for the result!!

My question is Will UKBA come for verification before issuing license if so what kind of verification they do? What do they look or check about?

I guess they started processing the application made mid june 2012 and hope will get some information soon.

A help on this would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance.
