Certificate of Higher Education - NARIC equivalent

Hi

I received my letter of comparison from NARIC.
It says that the degree I completed is equivalent to a Certificate of Higher Education. Does this mean it is not equivalent to a UK Degree and I wont be able to claim 30points?????
