PEO Date change - Birmingham

Hi,
I had booked for PEO appointment in Birmingham for 2nd week of Dec and i would like to get it rescheduled for 1st week as i have personal problems and cannot attend on 3nd week of Dec
1. I would like to know if i can swap dates with anyone else ?
2. Can i change date by calling at the call center

Very hard for people to cancel Solihull appointments, but you might just get lucky, keep trying on the online booking system, appointments get freed time and again.

2. Can i change date by calling at the call center

The system is the same, and there is a huge wait, you are better off doing this online.
