I had submitted my application for an extension of my Leave to remain on 01/05/2007; the application rejected as I had wrote wrong amount of visa fees which were £20.00 short. So when the UKBA informed me about it I applied with accurate fees on 10/05/2007. The application had rejected again as they found the Sponsor certificate were missing and gave me 28 days to submit the missing document. And i provided the document on 06/06/2007 and the extension of my visa were granted till 30/06/2008.

My question is have I broke the 28 days law in between 01/05/2007 and 06/06/2007 ??

Is that going to affect on my ILR?

what is the exp date of your initial visa (on which applied for extension)?
