Tier 1 Entrepreneur Job title and Shareholder query

Dear All,

Just want to confirm, I am MAAT and holding a AAT practising certificate. Can I use Certified Accountant title as per SOC?

In addition, I am the sole director of my accountancy practice but my brother is a 50% shareholder in my practice. Would 50% shareholding of my brother cause any problem in my tier 1 Entr visa? He not applying any visa.
