COA no right to work!

I'm a bit in a tight situation hope u friends can help me out. I'm non eea national married to eea national send eea2 few days after our wedding on 17Oct 2012 recieved next day by HO,23 Oct 2012 recieved COA stating:at this stage we are unable to confirm your right to work in the UK.This will depend on the outcome of the application!!!!god knows how long that will take. Been with my Latvian partner since Sept 2010 can prove that with texts,email,pictures but on the application the don't ask for this stuff if u married, thought if I have send all that stuff with the application could have been helpfull.Any ideas pls help Thanks so much in advance.

Need more clearifications.At the time of your application EEA 2,what was your status in the UK?and no need to sent any other documentations unless UKBA asked you.

Thanks for your reply honestly saying at time of my application I have overstayed since 2004 maybe that will play against me? Kind regards
