Guess you would need the Stamp to be in English ....

How would the HSMP team know that its the seal of the organisation for which you are claiming the points.

sunil.suneel, i don't understand your comment.

how can you get English stamps from a company that is in a country, in which state language is other then English??

i am working for american company, they can easily issue documents in English on English letterheads. but they cannot provide English language stamps, because the company is opearting in Ukraine and they cannot register official stamps, which are on a language other then Ukrainian.

Well in that case that the company doesnt and cannot provide an English Stamp then the only way out would be getting the translation of the stamp done.

Well am not sure if this really work at the Home office , if they would really consider this option .

Members please advise .....

i guess we need some advice from the people who applied and approved.
i didn't think of this issue at all, as i think it's is stupid to require original stamps to be in English. that's too much to ask from any local employer :o

I think one of the important questions is what exactly is written on the stamp. If it is your organisations official letterhead or logo, it would not require translation as it constitutes the legal identity of the organisation. It would also probably correspond to the letterhead of other documents you might be providing in your applciation that contain the same wording / symbol.

If the stamp is simply a word or phrase then I would imagine it would need to be translated as an understanding of what is written materially affects how a caseworker is able to consider the doccument.

As a hypothetical example, I would have ablsolutly no idea an internal stamp written in an arabic script said authorised copy or unauthorised copy.

to be at save end, i translated the arabic stamp into english on the letter head of reconganised translator.

i know it looks silly but i did tht as dont know what will be the mood of case worker at tht time.
