FLR or ILR

Hi Guys

Have a question inregards to ILR

Tier 1(general) Initial valid from Oct 2008 Till Oct 2011
Tier 1(general) FLR valid from Nov 2011 till Nov 2013

Outside UK for around 9 months

Need a suggestion do I apply for ILR in Oct 2013 or I have to apply for another FLR

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need one more tier 1 extension (LTR) not ILR as you were out of country for more then 90 days in a single go.

Do you think is there any special requirement for LTR in terms of points specially age or is a similar process FLR?
