Advice needed ref earnings period and tax return

Post by nouna » Sat Feb 03, 2007 7:10 am

Advice needed plz:

Option 1: Shall I submit most recent 12 months earning (Jan-Dec 06) which won't be covered by tax return since the tax year in my country is the calendar year (will submit tax return for 2005 but it won't cover any months of the period claimed)

Or

Option 2: Submit 12 months earnings (Dec 05-Nov 06) which won't be the most recent 12 months but will be partially covered by tax return (for one month only Dec 05)

Or

Option 3: Submit 13 months earnings (Dec 05-Dec 06) which would combine most recent 12 months with one extra month covered by tax return (Dec 05). But does HO accepts applications with more than 12 months earnings!

??????????????????? :?

Sunil, the tax year in my country is the calendar year (Jan-Dec).
The tax returns are submitted in May of the following year and that's why I don't have the tax returns for 2006. Any advice?

You should be able to fetch a Taxd Computation Sheet from your Employer . They would provide you with a preliminary tax computation sheet , which can be used for the purpose of Tax Returnes ....
