ILR dependent absences

I am planning to apply ILR dependent visa to my wife Jan 2013 based on 2 years settlement ILR dependent visa.

Could you please advise us is there any maximum absences required like main applicant settlement visa? So far she is 60 days outside UK for last years.

Dependants need not meet absence requirements.
