Post by nakvis » Mon Feb 05, 2007 2:18 pm

Hi,

Did anyone heard REFUSALS/REJECTS of FLR(HSMP) after HSMP Approvals?

If yes, then can they share their experiences???

Thanks

I have'nt heard of any cases where FLR(HSMP) . Yes, there were a couple of rejections related to EC(out of country applicants) but not for FLR(HSMP), it is very much a very straight forward process once you have the approval letter.

Hi,

Thanks for the response.

I wanted to check with the members of the board for this before making the applicaiton.

Do you have any idea whether we should submit all original documents (Which were submitted for initial HSMP) again with FLR.

well, hsmp and flr are two seperate things. you dont have to submit the documentation related to securing your 75 points. all you need is the approval letter (which says you did get it) so they wont do any further checks on it.

the rest of the documentation required should be honestly very striagtforward, just refer to your application form, it will tell you what exactly needs to be submitted.
