Hi my husband got an email from the morocco embassy saying they have made a decidion on his application and he can collect his passport. What does this mean, does it mean he will get his visa??
Please anyone advice me.

it means exactly what has been said. A decision has been made. Until he collects it, no one here can categorically tell you what the result is as we are unable to read minds.
