New Changes in Tier 1 General from 13th December??

Is there any new changes in 13th December for Tier1 General as i can see a new PDF on UKBA website for TIER1 G, I just went through but its quite long and could not figure out. If there is no changes then y they need to publish new guidance. I am giving the link as well. Please check and see if there is something new. thanks

The addendum page at the front of the document has changed. Also the page numbers are totally messed up. They jump from page 8 to page 51. There are probably other things, but a quick skim didn't show anything serious.

Damn, this is really ridiculous... They keep changing guidance... Why on earth they are unable to publish a separate document confirming exact number and changes made on existing policy guidance (sort of addendum)

It is just like playing a puzzle game now to figure out what's been changed and what is untouched.

I also appeal to others to give their expert opinion on if there are any new changes.

they should publish a change log or release notes complete with version number et al

but this could be UKBA's own way to force the ignoramoose applicants to read the guidance notes before applying
