tier 1 general dependant visa

i have a couple of questions about my visa and about my dependent visa


i am on TIRE 1 general visa .and my five years are going to complete in MARCH 2013.. and my visa is going to expire in MARCH 2013 as well . I am going to apply for ILR ( indefinite stay ) ... apart from these ... my wife came to UK in June 2012 .she is on dependent visa( dependent on TIer 1 general) .... her visa is going to expire in the same month of MARCH 2013 .... she will have been in this country only about 9 months till March 2013 .. now the confusion is that ..when i will apply for my ILR then what visa application form would i need to use for my wife visa ?


please do Guide me in above mentioned queries .i shall be very great full to you for this act of kindness.
