Client Declaration form.

Hi Guys,

I would be going to PEO next month and I have both Salaried and Self Employment Income. I have come across to the posts where people have done client declaration form. I would be grateful if someone could explain what that is.

Its a "form" that your accountant would fill in to send it to HMRC to work as an agent on your behalf (self employed) , this is not required for visa extension.
