is it must to have a bussiness account ?

1) I am applying for tier1 enterprenure(psw) in 2 weeks time but do not have a business bank account as banks say u should have atleast 6 months valid visa, which I do not have as mine is running out in feb2013. So if someone can please tell me that is it a must requirement to have a business account for the company.

2) Also I am applying as entrepreneurs team. My team member is an accountant and i am a IT person. So if someone can suggest that is it possible to form a company dealing in two types of business fields, accounting and IT.

opening business account shouldnt be a problem, just try different bank as long as you have good credit history there wont be a problem.

LLOYDS TSB is very flexible with opening new business acccount.

regarding the 2 types of business i am not too sure but if you start a consultancy business than yes so just do the home work properly and you will be fine InshAllah
