Overseas income for Tier 1 (Extension) applications

Post by anandb » Mon Dec 17, 2012 10:15 am

Hi,

I need an urgent help.

My current UK Tier 1 (General) visa expires in January 2013, initially granted in 2009. However, I have recently returned back to UK and currently working in a contract.

My UK earnings are 4,000 GBP short of the requirement. I do have recent earnings from home country where I earned some commission. However, there has been no tax deducted on it.

My question is that whether this earning can be shown as proof towards earnings requirement? And whether overseas income applications be made in PEO Appointments?

Is there any other alternative?

Thanks.
