Maintenance of Funds Time period

Post by pred02 » Thu Dec 13, 2012 10:12 am

Hi,

I am going in for my PEO appointment on Jan 7th, 2012. I know that i need to provide proof of funds for 92 days, but it takes some time (especially over the Christmas season) to get the actual recent statements from the bank.

Thanks,

Hi sorry,
I left out the question... -:)

What is a valid duration period for the statements to cover if my appointment is Jan 7, 2013. Is it all right to have 3 months up to December 15, 2012?

Thanks,
George

latest statement should not be more than 31 days old from the date of application, point 164 on guidance notes

Thank you for the information. For the proof of income - 12 months prior, do the statements and payslips also need to be dated 31 days prior to the applications (I ordered mine about a month ago).

Also - for the long guidance document, I cannot find it anywhere on the web. Does anyone please have a URL for it/

Many thanks!

You can use any continuous 12 month period in the last 15 months, so basically you can go up to three months back.

You don't need special statements either, you can just use the ones sent to you in the post.
