Maintainence Funds

Hi ,

I'm applying for an extension of leave of Tier1 along with my dependant .

Our Maintainence funds are maintained in the account of my dependant .
This account is a savings account and it is not a joint account .

Can I use this statement as an evidence of maintainence funds for both of us .

No, the funds that you will use for your own maintenance funds should be in an account which has YOUR name on. For your dependant's part of the maintenance, the account can have either your name, their name or both on.
