No acknowledgement for MN1

No acknowledgement for MN1

Dear friends,

I have applied for naturalisation for myself and for my son on 26-Nov-12 thro NCS, I got the acknowledgement on 08/12/12 but still the acknowledgement for MN1 has not been received yet. I am bit worried now because it is getting late. Anybody can give me a best advice to track the application. I have contacted the UKBA phone number that was put in this forum but no response.
