SOC CODE 3534 PSW TO TIER 2

Hi,

I am currently applying under Tier 2 General visa from PSW. My current job role maps SOC Code 3534 (most suitable and lowest salary requirement for my job role). My salary is 24,150 at the moment.
13.86 is the minimum required hours rate. therefore, by my calculation, 13.86x37.5x52=27027. That is nearly 3k over my current salary. I managed to sit down with my employer to review my contract which can possibly be amended to 35 hours + additional hours based on business needs. However, it works out 13.86x35x52=25225.20 I am still 1,075.20 short. At the moment, there is highly unlikely that I will get a pay raise before my leave expires. What are my options? Please advise.

Even if you are £1 short your visa will be refused.

Ask your employer to increase by £1K so you can apply otherwise you don't have any other option.
