It will be great if you could give me your comments on my below plan, in terms of just feasibility.
Background:-
My first application:- 10 july 2012 , first extension 27 nov 2012 to 27 Nov 2015.

If I leave Uk on Jan-2013 and come back to Uk on Aug 2014 (Is there any issues if I have been out for more then 90 days).

Stay continuously from Aug 2014 to November 2015 ,Apply then with sufficient point will I get my Tier 1 second extension?
Continue living in UK and then can I Apply for third extension in November 2017 which will be valid till November 2019.

And From August 2014 to November 2019 I would be continuously living in UK.Then Can I apply for a ILR.
