Urgent help needed on visa4uk website (Dependant Visa)

Hi

My wife and I are currently both Indian nationals working in the UK. My wife will be travelling to India shortly in order to apply for a dependant visa. I currently hold a Tier 2 ICT long term visa. My wife is currently on a PSW visa and WILL NOT get company sponsorship after it expires, hence she will apply as a dependant with working rights.

We're confused on the various options given on online application page on the www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk website... After filling in Current location and Nationality there are many options in the next 3 fields. Which one should we apply under? I think it will be one of the two below combinations

Option 1:
Type of Visa = Visit
Purpose of Application = Family Visitor
Type of application = Family Long Term Visitor Visa

Option 2:
Type of Visa = Work
Purpose of Application = PBS Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer (ICT)
Type of application = Tier 2 Intra ICT Long term Staff Partner

Can someone pls urgently advise which is the correct option? My wife will need working rights since she is currently fully employed. Will option 1 give her the right to work? If the above 2 options are both incorrect, would much appreciate if you can let us know what to select in these 3 fields.

Thanks. Just to confirm, my wife needs to apply under the same category of Tier 2 that I hold? i.e. even though she does not currently have company sponsorship?
