h1-b sponsorship

Post by cmn0548 » Fri Feb 09, 2007 8:50 pm

hey guys, i have a question
I am on OPT about to apply for my H1, however my company pays me hourly. and overtime is time and a half. with 5 hours a week overtime, my annual salary meets the prevailing wages of the area.

is this going to be a problem in the application process? will getting paid hourly and getting overtime over 40 hrs a week be a problem when applying for my h1-b? can OT and hrly wages both go as 'wages earned' in the application?

also is there a limit to the number of hours you work a week on h1-b visa?
