Hello Everyone,
I am applying with a Team Member and just wondering do we need 2 different trading contract to submit with the application or just 1 will be enough?
As we both have different nature of job. (Software Development and Marketing Manager)
please advise as it is very confusing because we both are registered Director of the business and ideally any of us can sign the contract on behalf of the company but as per UKBA requirements.
The contract must show.
Your name and the name of business
The services provided by your business; and
The name of the other party/ parties involved in the contract
and their contact details. These must include their full address including postcode, landline number, and any email address.
please advise guys.
