Queries - new SET O form - two jobs

Queries - new SET O form - two jobs

Hi,

Can someone please advise regarding the queries for the SET (O) form for ILR.

1. Question 7.12 asks for ties to home country and any other country where you have stayed for 5 years ?

Any idea what can be written here ? Can I attach a cover letter as the space is too little, has anyone done this ?

For those who have got ILR, what did you write here ?


2. On page 21-22, you have to enter employment details. Now I had a change of jobs and the dates were

Job 1 ended - 31st May
Job 2 started - 15th Jun

Now the payslip for Job 1 is till end of June and the payslip for Job 2 also has June pay but from 15th. But the job 1 finished in end of may but I have a payslip for June with extra pay.

How do I write this bit on the form in section A5 and A6 ?

Can I write

dd-mm-yy to 30 Jun 2012
15 Jun 2012 to dd- mm- yyyy


OR

dd-mm-yy to 31- may - 2012
15-jun-2012 to dd- mm- yyyy


OR

dd-mm-yy to 31- may - 2012
01 - Jun - 2012 to dd-mm-yyyy

@Anush,

1) You can write family ties and time lived in your home country(just to be on the safe side).[if you wish you can continue on a separate sheet/covering letter].

2) Starting date of first Job until the date shown on your P45(payslip should match P45).
Then starting date of new job till date[you can include all the details in a covering letter].

Format is not an issue as long as one understands, what you wrote makes sense?

The date on the payslip is 30th Jun 2012.

So I guess I should write -

dd-mm-yy to 30 Jun 2012
15 Jun 2012 to dd- mm- yyyy

This would mean that for Jun I will have two payslips, which I know is not an issue but they may question as I cant be working full time in two employments at the same time...
