I know this is really stupid but Just one quick question please. Does anyone know which travel document should I apply for ? Because I wanna booked holiday but got abit confused on which one to apply for.

And if possible can I have the link to that please. Thank you very mucho -)
You should apply for 1951 conventional travel document, if you were classified as a Refugee. They would give you a 10 year travel document.
You may also see, if you can apply for naturalisation directly (without waiting for the one year ILR requirement). it IS POSSIBLE under the discretion, when ur initial case took much longer to resolve, say 18 months or more. consult a OISC qualified professional, whether you are qualified for that before applying.

Thanks a lots festronaut. Im not really sure if i can apply for bristish citizen yet though because i applied for settlement via humanity right but when i recieved the letter from HO and my permit they didnt mention anything about if im still under that or not. It only says settlement on the BRP. Thats why i wanna double check to see if everyone else is the same or not?
I will call oisc up now to double check with them. If you kno anything else please let me know. Thanks a lots :)

hello Rukia888
Don`t worry leave it your human right or simalor immigration category because when some one has reach the settlement then they are free from immigration controle that is why you have now perminent status doesn`t matter in the past you have any kind of status even immigration ruls or out off immigration ruls. I would like to sugguest you will wait until 12 month after the issue of ILR
Best wishes

All, good morning to you!
I am hoping to beat the end of the world rumours by getting my papers/result in today. This would be the beginning of a descent life.
Anyone with me?

In the name of Almighty God, the most gracious and the most merciful.
We received our Biometric ids . Sorry that I didn't post it earlier. Only half of our family members have received it and the rest didn't (probably due to christmas Royal mail mess). We received only Biometric IDs but NOT the decision letter (STRANGE ?!) . When I called Home Office, they told me that the decision letters are ON their way :). I hope and pray that other souls on this forum get their docs sooner and easier than they thought. Hopefully, we will receive the remaining biometrics within this week. I would like to thank all forum members for providing the support through sharing. Peace.

Spot on. It's not Royal mail. I should have mentioned it as 'courier'

They will only answer you after 6 months lapse. Though You might trick some of them to answer you before that, it's not NORMALLY possible. If you wait for 6 months, then call the usual 08706067766. Then they will run a program (!?!, that's what she said) to check the status . They did this to me yesterday, because I told them that we have already received out Biometirc ids. Hope it helps. Best of luck for you too.
